HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
You can easily change your CaptureFast pricing plan from the CaptureFast web app by tapping upgrade my plan. You can also change your pricing plan under the Settings-Billing page.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be issued your first invoice on the day you subscribe to one of our CaptureFast pricing plans: Basic, Professional, or Business. After that, you will be issued a recurring invoice on the same day every month.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE UP MY CREDITS BEFORE THE MONTH ENDS?
If you’ve gone over your current CaptureFast pricing plan’s allowance, you will have 2 options: to upgrade to a higher plan or wait until your next billing cycle starts.
If you upgrade your CaptureFast pricing plan before the end of your current period and haven’t used up all available credits, your current usage will be counted towards your new subscription, and you will be charged a prorated rate for the rest of the month.
After that, you will be charged for the upgraded CaptureFast pricing plan in full at your next billing cycle.

We accept credit cards.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Your subscription automatically renews every month unless you cancel your service. If you cancel your service, you can continue to use our platform until the end of your billing cycle.
